Museum of Old and New Art – MONA, Hobart

Working in consultation with Fender Katsalidis Architects (FKA) RAM completed a Programming Opportunities Study and Needs Analysis for MONA as well as a 7-year Operating Budget and staffing model for the theatre components  of $280m MONA Hotel/Theatres project.  This is the next stage of development for the iconic MONA site and will involve the design, construction and operation of a new hotel, spa, 1,200 seat theatre, multipurpose events function room with a capacity of over 1500, outdoor stage for audiences of 5000 or more, smaller performances and events space plus extensive BOH facilities as well as new galleries and a library.

Outcome:  Programming, Budget and Staffing Models now being used for design and business case purposes, ongoing engagement on project.
